Avoncroft Living History Festival
Upcoming VerifiedIt’s time…..to Time Travel! as Avoncroft Museum will come to life as over 40 of the best in Living History re-enactment groups set up over 40 camps in and around the historic buildings, representing life from the Stone Age, through the Viking era to the 1940’s and beyond.
Over 300 reenactors will set up over 40 Camps all over the 19-acre site which is also the home to over 30 Historical Buildings and structures spanning 700 years.
There will also be trader stalls, selling historically inspired artefacts from jewellery and hats to handmade tools, costumes and cloth to historic pottery, Mead-makers among the traders.
