Mapperton Living History Weekend
Past VerifiedExplore a period camp where you can watch cooking and sewing demonstrations, then head to the croquet lawn to see drill and drumming practice before the day's battle unfolds on the field beyond.
Throughout the day there's a full programme of musket demonstrations, pike drills and a parade, alongside period games for younger visitors. Drums sound across the grounds all day, making for a lively, family-friendly atmosphere.
