Step back in time and experience almost 2,000 years of history in Through the Ages, a multi-period re-enactment weekend at Glastonbury Abbey!
Across Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th September, the abbey grounds will feature a host of historical encampments, bringing to life the people of the ages that shaped Glastonbury and the wider region. Meet re-enactors portraying the Roman, Romano-British, Anglo-Saxon, Viking, Norman, Medieval and Civil War periods, and discover how ways of life transformed across the centuries.
